中心现有科研人员60余名，其中教授26人，副教授16人，拥有中国工程院院士1人、国家杰青1人、长江学者特聘教授2人、国家优青2人、青年长江学者1人，获省部级以上荣誉和人才称号30余人次。获国家技术发明二等奖3项、国家科技进步二等奖3项，省部级及行业协会科技奖励一等奖10余项。
